Does CyberFence have Split Tunneling?
Yes. Split Tunneling lets you choose which apps route through the VPN and which connect directly. Two modes: Bypass VPN (selected apps skip the tunnel) and VPN Only (only selected apps use the tunnel). Available on Mac, Windows, and Android — with real app icons on Android so you always know which app is which.
Is Breach Monitor included in the subscription or an add-on?
Breach Monitor is a separate paid subscription or is included with CyberFence Complete and Teams. It is not included in VPN-only plans. Reports and monitoring use available breach sources and cannot guarantee that every breach will be detected.
Does Web Shield work on every platform?
Web Shield is a device-app protection feature, not protection provided simply by opening the web dashboard. Use the supported CyberFence app for your device and check its settings and platform-specific capabilities.
Does CyberFence work on Android and iPhone at the same time?
You can use compatible CyberFence apps on iPhone and Android with your account, subject to your plan. Install the appropriate app and connect to activate VPN protection. Signing in to the web dashboard alone does not activate a device VPN connection.
Is CyberFence compliant with HIPAA and NIST requirements?
CyberFence provides US-operated VPN protection, AES-256-GCM encryption, and a zero-log architecture. It is one part of a broader security program, not a certification or a guarantee of compliance. Evaluate your organization's requirements with your compliance adviser.
