Zero-Logs Policy

CyberFence does not collect, store, monitor, or share your browsing activity, connection timestamps, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned, or any data that could identify you as an individual user. Your online activity is yours — we have no access to it and no desire to access it.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: Email address and password (hashed) for authentication.
• Payment information: Processed securely through App Store, Google Play, or our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
• Anonymized analytics: App performance data and crash reports to improve the product. This data cannot be linked to any individual user.

What We Do Not Collect

• Browsing history or websites visited
• DNS queries
• IP addresses (yours or assigned)
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Bandwidth usage per user
• Any data that could identify or be linked to you

US-Based Infrastructure

All CyberFence servers are physically located in the United States. Your traffic is routed exclusively through US-based infrastructure, subject to US law — not foreign jurisdictions.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. We may use third-party services for payment processing, customer support, and app analytics — these are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Children's Privacy

CyberFence is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
