Carlos Perez
Carlos Perez is the Founder and CEO of CyberFence — a platform he built to bring enterprise-grade cybersecurity to businesses and individuals who couldn't otherwise access it.
Before CyberFence, Carlos spent over a decade advising some of the world's largest organizations on cybersecurity at Microsoft and Avanade / Accenture. His work put him inside the security infrastructure of Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, and government agencies — designing the defenses that protect the data of millions of people. He learned firsthand what enterprise security does right, and where it fails. He also watched as the VPN market filled with products built for marketing budgets rather than real protection — logging user data, routing traffic through foreign servers, and burying the details in opaque privacy policies.
CyberFence was built as the answer to that problem. Everything in it — the AES-256 encryption, the zero-logs architecture, the US-based server infrastructure, the Web Shield — reflects decisions made by someone who has seen enterprise threat landscapes up close and understands what protection actually requires. The goal was simple: take what Fortune 500 security teams get, and make it available to anyone with a phone.
Carlos has been recognized as an Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and is regularly called on as a national cybersecurity authority by NBC, Spectrum News NY1, CRN, and Telemundo.
