Privacy You Can Verify, Not Just Take on Faith
CyberFence is architected so that your online activity stays yours. This page explains, in plain English, how we handle your data, where it lives, and what we can and cannot see.
Zero-Logs Policy
We Don't Log What We Can't See
CyberFence is designed so that we have no technical ability to see what you do online. If a court or government agency demands your activity data, the answer is the same: that data does not exist.
What we never collect
- Your browsing history or the sites you visit
- Your real IP address while connected
- DNS queries — the domains you look up
- Connection timestamps or session duration
The only data we hold
- Your email address, to run your account
- Your subscription status, to keep service active
US Jurisdiction
American-Operated, Under US Law
CyberFence is US-based and runs on US infrastructure. Your traffic stays under US legal protections — including Fourth Amendment protections — rather than being routed through foreign jurisdictions with opaque surveillance obligations.
Keeping infrastructure in the United States also means lower latency for North American users and a clear, single answer to the question every privacy-conscious customer should ask: where does my traffic actually go?
Encryption & Infrastructure
AES-256-GCM, End to End
CyberFence encrypts your internet traffic with AES-256 — the same standard used by the US government and military. Intercepted traffic is unreadable to anyone in between.
The VPN tunnel and Web Shield run on US-based servers architected for both privacy and performance. Web Shield adds an active protection layer that blocks malware, phishing sites, harmful content, and intrusive ads before they load on your device — in real time.
Data Sharing
Your Activity Is Never a Product
CyberFence does not sell, rent, or trade your data. Because our architecture collects no browsing activity, there is no activity profile to share with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
- No selling of user data to advertisers or brokers
- No activity profiles — there is nothing to build one from
- Payment processing is handled by our billing provider under its own security controls
Breach Monitor Methodology
How We Check for Exposed Data
Breach Monitor scans an email address against 15 billion+ leaked records drawn from 700+ known data breaches, powered by XposedOrNot. Results show each breach by name, the date it occurred, a severity level, and the categories of data exposed.
You control what gets checked. Results can be marked resolved to track remediation, and exported as a PDF report. We cache your last result so repeat checks are instant, and flag any newly discovered breaches since your previous scan.
Uptime & Incident Response
Built to Stay Up — and to Respond
CyberFence runs across all five platforms — iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows — on infrastructure designed for reliable, always-on protection.
If you believe you've found a security issue, or want to report a service problem, our security team is reachable directly at security@cyberfenceplatform.com. We take every report seriously and respond as quickly as we can.
